Designed, implemented, and enhanced student affairs certificate program curriculum at George Brown College
In my role as curriculum developer and lead instructor at George Brown College, I played a central role in developing and refining the Student Affairs & Services certificate program. This initiative, grounded in my commitment to integrating theory with practical application, involved collaboration with student affairs leaders and post-secondary education industry experts to ensure its relevance to the evolving student affairs sector.

Revisioning, Redefining, and Building Orientation Programs
Across three colleges—Centennial, Humber, and Seneca—I have led the significant task of redeveloping orientation and transition programs in my role as the lead on student transitions. My approach has always been rooted in the recognition that effective onboarding experiences play a pivotal role in shaping a student's academic journey. This shaped my focus of both my master and doctoral students into student transitions, retention, persistence, and support.
